Every order is carefully hand-curated and packaged with care.

* Orders are shipped once processing is complete.
* During holidays or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
We currently ship only to Canada and the USA.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.
Lit by Liora is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the curated and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.
About Our Books
All books included in our bundles are brand-new and unread. Every title is thoughtfully selected and has a Goodreads rating of 3.70 stars or higher.
Some books may have a few beauty marks along the outer edges from storage or shipping. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the quality or readability of your book.
Returning Customers
If you’re a returning customer, please leave a note with your order letting me know the title of the book you received in your previous bundle. I’ll do my best to make sure you receive a different book and avoid sending you the same title again.
Glassware Items
All glassware items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping to help ensure they arrive safely. We choose glass products as a reusable and more sustainable alternative to single-use plastic.
If your glassware arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to help with a replacement or solution.
For safety reasons, please do not use any glass item that is cracked, chipped, or damaged. Lit by Liora is not responsible for injury or damage caused by using a damaged glass item.
